Course Loading Issues? Try This.
SCORM (our course files) needs a constant internet connection to run. iOS (iPads, iPhones, etc.) and Android devices have all of the things needed to run SCORM content. If your device is on a wifi network, or in a location that has solid cell reception, you shouldn't have any issues. If you only have intermittent connectivity, your courses may load slowly or fail to track progress.
An outdated web browser may also fail to successfully load courses. Please ensure your browser is up to date.
For mobile users, follow the procedures below to update your web browser.
iPhone or iPad
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store
- At the top right, select "Profile"
- Scroll down to "Available Updates" and search for your web browser
- Select the web browser, followed by "Update to Install"
- If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password
Android
- On your Android phone, open the Play Store
- At the top right, select "Profile"
- Select "Manage Apps & Devices"
- Under "Updates Available," find your web browser
- Select "Update" next to the web browser
